RAPIDSHIELD CLIENT LIABILITY WAIVER & CONDUCT AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES

This Liability Waiver and Conduct Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Rapid Emergency System (“Company”), provider of the RapidShield Security Escort Service.

By engaging our services, the Client hereby agrees to the following terms:

  1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

The Client acknowledges that while every reasonable effort is made to provide safety and security, there are inherent risks associated with security escort services, including but not limited to injury, accidents, or death. By signing this Agreement, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks arising from the use of the RapidShield service.

  1. Indemnity and Release of Liability

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Emergency System, its affiliates, employees, and Client Protection Officers (CPOs) from all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses including but not limited to injury, death, property loss, or legal consequences resulting from incidents occurring during the provision of services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  1. Protocol Adherence

The Client agrees to:

  • Properly and discreetly use the provided SOS device in any situation of perceived or actual danger. ( if this option was paid for )
  • Always Comply with the instructions and guidance of the assigned Client Protection Officer during the service period.
  • Avoid behavior that may jeopardize their safety, that of the officer, or the public.
  1. Prohibited Conduct

The Client shall not:

  • Use RapidShield services to support, enable, or commit illegal acts or unethical behavior.
  • Engage in business, personal, or financial relationships with any Client Protection Officer beyond the scheduled and paid service timeframe.
  • Request services outside the agreed terms or attempt to bribe or coerce officers into off-duty services.
  1. Electronic Signature and Identity Verification

This Agreement must be signed electronically or at the point of pickup and accompanied by a current photo of the Client, which will serve as an identity verification measure and acknowledgment of these terms.

  1. Acceptance

By signing this Agreement, the Client affirms that:

  • They have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above.
  • They voluntarily enter this Agreement without coercion.
  • They understand the risks involved and take full responsibility for their choices during the service.
